Policies

The agreement between you and Twofolds when you use this site or buy from it. If you are uploading your own design, the section on custom artwork is the one to read closely.

Last updated: 27 September 2026

1.About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Twofolds (“we”, “us”). By browsing, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them, together with our Privacy policy, Shipping policy and Cancellation and refund policy, which form part of them.

If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2.Using the site

You are welcome to browse, design and buy. In return, please do not:

  • use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent, or place orders you do not intend to pay for;
  • try to get into accounts, systems or data that are not yours, or interfere with how the site runs;
  • copy, scrape or harvest the site’s content or data by automated means;
  • upload anything harmful, such as viruses or other malicious code.

We may suspend or block access for anyone who does.

3.Your account

  • You can sign in with an email address and password, or with Google. You need an account to place an order, so your orders and their tracking stay in one place.
  • You need to be 18 or over to hold an account and place orders, or to do so with a parent or guardian involved.
  • Please give accurate details and keep them up to date.
  • Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
  • We may suspend or close an account used to break these terms. You can ask us to close yours at any time.

4.Products, sizes and colours

Every colourway is made in a fixed, closed run. Stock is not reserved until your order is confirmed, so a piece can sell out between going in your bag and being paid for.

We photograph and describe every product as accurately as we can, but colours vary between screens, and small differences in shade and print position from one piece to the next are normal for printed garments. Please check the size guide before you order.

5.Prices, GST and delivery charges

  • All prices are in Indian rupees (INR).
  • Prices shown on product pages do not include GST. GST is added at checkout - 5% on each piece priced up to ₹2,500 and 18% on pieces above that, worked out on each piece's price after any discount code - and shown as its own line before you pay.
  • Delivery is charged according to the method you choose, as set out in our Shipping policy. Standard delivery is free when your items come to ₹1,999 or more after any discount.
  • One discount code can be used per order. Some codes need a minimum spend, and a code cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • You see the full amount, including GST and delivery, before you confirm payment.
  • If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a mistake, we will tell you before it is dispatched. You can then go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

6.Placing an order

  • When you place an order it shows as “Payment pending”, and becomes “Confirmed” once your payment goes through. That is the point at which we agree to supply it.
  • If your payment does not go through, the order is not confirmed and nothing is made or shipped.
  • We may cancel an order, even after confirming it, if the piece has sold out, the price was listed in error, we cannot print the artwork supplied (see Custom prints and your artwork) or we have reason to suspect fraud. If we do, you get a full refund, including any delivery charge.
  • You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, it can no longer be cancelled (see Delivery, cancellations and returns).
  • You can follow each order under Orders in your account. Cancelling, returning and exchanging are covered in our Cancellation and refund policy.

7.Payment

  • Payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. You can pay with the methods Razorpay offers at checkout, such as UPI, cards and net banking.
  • You enter your card, UPI and bank details in Razorpay’s own secure window. We never see or store them.
  • Every order is paid in full at checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery.
  • Razorpay’s own terms apply to the payment itself. Refunds go back through Razorpay to the method you paid with.

8.Custom prints and your artwork

Your artwork stays yours

You keep every right you hold in the artwork you upload in the custom studio or send with a bulk enquiry. By uploading it, you give us a non-exclusive, free-of-charge permission to store, copy and adapt it (for example resizing it, or separating its colours for the press) only as needed to prepare your proof, print and deliver your order, and handle any reprint or reorder you ask for. We will not use your artwork in our own marketing, sell it or print it for anyone else without asking you first.

What you promise us

When you upload artwork, you confirm that:

  • you created it or own it, or you have permission from whoever does to have it printed on clothing;
  • printing it does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark or design, or a person’s rights over their own name and likeness; and
  • it does not break any law.

If someone brings a claim against us because artwork you supplied broke these promises, you are responsible for the losses and costs that result, to the extent the law allows.

What we will not print

  • Logos, brand names, characters, artwork or photographs that belong to someone else, unless you have their permission.
  • Photographs of other people used without their consent.
  • Hate speech, or anything that attacks or demeans people for their religion, caste, race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, disability or nationality.
  • Sexually explicit material, or anything that sexualises minors.
  • Anything that threatens, harasses or defames someone, or encourages violence or illegal activity.
  • The national flag, the State Emblem of India or other protected names and emblems, used in a way Indian law does not allow.
  • Files containing viruses or other malicious code.

We may decline any design we believe falls into these categories, or one we cannot print to a good standard. If we decline it after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Proofs

For every custom print we email you a proof within one working day. The press works from that proof, not from the preview in your bag, so please check it carefully: spelling, placement, size and colours. Once you have approved it, the piece is printed as shown. Previews and proofs are a close guide, but ink on fabric can look slightly different from a screen.

Custom prints are made to order, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind. If one arrives misprinted or damaged, we reprint or refund it; see custom prints in our refund policy.

9.Bulk orders

  • Bulk runs start at 10 tees, at ₹400 per tee.
  • The figure shown when you send an enquiry is an estimate. It excludes GST and delivery, and it is not binding on either of us until we confirm a quote with you.
  • Production starts only once you have accepted the confirmed quote. Payment terms, the delivery date and the delivery charge are set out in that quote.
  • Everything under Custom prints and your artwork applies to bulk orders too.

10.Delivery, cancellations and returns

How and when we deliver is set out in our Shipping policy. How to cancel an order, return or exchange a piece and get your money back is set out in our Cancellation and refund policy. Both form part of these terms. In short:

  • Cancellations: you can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, it can no longer be cancelled. A custom print can be cancelled within that time only as long as printing has not started.
  • Returns and exchanges: accepted within 7 days of delivery, on pieces that are unused and unworn.
  • Tag and seal: the original tag must still be attached and the seal intact. If the tag or seal is missing or broken, the piece is not eligible for return or exchange.

The full details, including custom prints and faulty items, are in our Cancellation and refund policy.

11.Our designs and content

The Twofolds name, logo and mascot, our designs, photography and text, and the site itself belong to Twofolds or to the people who licensed them to us. Please do not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission. Sharing links and screenshots for personal, non-commercial purposes is fine.

12.Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have as a consumer under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Subject to that:

  • if something goes wrong with an order, our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for that order;
  • we are not responsible for indirect or knock-on losses, such as loss of profit, business or opportunity;
  • we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, extreme weather, strikes or network outages. If one affects your order, we will keep you informed and do our best to put it right.

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors.

13.Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

If something goes wrong, please talk to us first: email insiyaahusainn@gmail.com and we will try to put it right quickly. If a dispute cannot be settled that way, it will be decided by the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This does not affect your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add a service or the law changes. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies. An order is covered by the terms in place when it was placed.
